Moroadi Cholota back in court for pre-trial hearing

Alleged underworld boss, Nafiz Modack and former Rugby player Zane Kilian have pleaded not guilty to murdering Anti Gang Unit investigator Charl Kinnear.
BLOEMFONTEIN – Moroadi Cholota is back at the Free State High Court.
The former PA to former Free State Premier Ace Magashule will begin pre-trial proceedings.
The 37-year-old has been charged with fraud, corruption and money laundering.

It relates to the controversial 2014 asbestos roof eradication project.
Cholota was extradited from the US in early August where she had been living for five years.
She denies all charges levelled against her.
